Philips announced a monitor with two types of matrix

Philips has released a new 23.8-inch monitor, the 24B1D5600, with an additional 13.3-inch E-Ink screen that can reduce eye strain while reading, which is the hallmark of the device.

E-Ink imitates printing on paper without reflecting light so eyes don’t get tired, and the Philips 24B1D5600’s second screen can display text, tables, presentations and other documents the user may need. The monitor is also equipped with a main IPS panel, which has a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels at 75 Hz, brightness of 250 cd/m² and a response time of about 4 ms.
