Haylou is not an unknown brand: its budget smartwatches and headphones have been around for a long time, including on Amazon. The new Haylou Solar Lite 2 are among the most affordable models and are sold through AliExpress. They are priced at just under $38.

For its price, the watch offers a basic but useful feature set. Like many ultra-budget models, the Solar Lite 2 doesn’t have a GNSS module. This means that when you run or walk, the distance traveled is calculated based on the number of steps and stride length, which isn’t very accurate.
