ZOY released a calendar with heroines of games and movies

Game currency and voucher store ZOY has collected the most popular heroines from the game and movie universes on the pages of its new calendar. Neural networks have been enlisted to help create the seasonal entourage and select the models’ images.

“We’ve done something that no game developer has ever done – we’ve brought together favorites from different worlds under one cover and made customization for different seasons,” – Maksim Kirienko, CEO of ZOY.

The calendar grid features up-to-date release dates, trade shows, sales, and other important gaming industry events. Each page, and thus month, is adorned with a character selected based on color scheme and accents in clothing, recognizability, and role in the game. The images can be downloaded without the calendar grid and installed on your desktop: the wallpapers are created in 4K and optimized for PCs and smartphones.

“After the AI showed us how it saw the models in our calendar, we had to reflect the history in their images, create suitable locations, and manually fix the flaws left by the neural network. So, together we turned a banal souvenir into an unusual project based on one of the main trends of 2023,” Maxim said.
