Apple has released new beta versions of watchOS 11.5, visionOS 2.5 and tvOS 18.5

Apple has unveiled the second test builds of its operating systems for developers – this time the updates received watchOS 11.5, visionOS 2.5, tvOS 18.5, as well as the firmware for the HomePod. However, no public betas have been seen yet, which breaks from Apple’s usual release schedule.
Public beta delayed – Apple in no hurry to open up access
Apple usually follows a clear pattern: registered developers get the test versions first, and then a day later the public beta participants get access. But this time Apple has broken tradition – none of the new versions have appeared as a public beta yet.
The company may have decided to delay the launch due to bugs discovered in the first wave of tests that make the firmware unsuitable for a wide audience. Recall that the first beta of tvOS 18.5, watchOS 11.5, HomePod 18.5 and other systems came out in early April, and now the second builds – still for developers only – have been released.

No major innovations yet
As with iOS 18.5, the new beta versions for other devices almost no visual or functional changes have been noticed. This suggests that the current updates are primarily focused on bug fixes and stability improvements, rather than introducing new features.
In all likelihood, the major announcements will be timed to coincide with WWDC in June, where Apple traditionally reveals major updates to all of its platforms. In the meantime, the changes are likely to be technical in nature and unnoticeable to regular users.
