Apple is using AI to improve iPhone sales

Apple continues to incorporate artificial intelligence into its internal services. After launching a chatbot in the Apple Support app for customers, the company introduced a new assistant, Asa. It’s designed for retail store associates to help them better understand Apple products, especially the iPhone.

Asa is a new assistant that helps them understand Apple’s products, especially the iPhone.

The chatbot is integrated into the internal SEED app, which is used by Apple Store employees and authorized resellers to train and test product knowledge. Asa allows you to ask any questions about device features, usage scenarios, and iPhone benefits, getting quick and accurate answers. According to MacRumors, the chatbot is already able to give sales recommendations, talk about the features of the Apple ecosystem and analyze cases of product interaction. Asa is now in the testing phase.

The main goal is to speed new employee onboarding and make training more effective. The chatbot helps employees quickly find the information they need, which is especially important as they prepare for the launch of iPhone 17, which is expected in September.

Apple isn’t releasing a universal chatbot for a wide range of users just yet. However, the company is rumored to be planning to integrate Google’s Gemini technology into Siri by deploying it on its own servers. This will allow the voice assistant to expand its capabilities in future versions of iOS.
