Assassin’s Creed Shadows: release date, trailers, gameplay and more

All fans of the series have been waiting for this almost since the very first installment, and now, finally, we’ll get an Assassin’s Creed game set in feudal Japan in the fall of 2024. Previously known by the codename Assassin’s Creed Red, Shadows will be the final installment of the long-running Assassin saga. Ubisoft told us that a world premiere trailer would be shown first, but it turns out there’s a lot more information than just a first look at the game.

The premiere trailer introduces us to the world and main characters of Assassin’s Creed Shadows. The village of Naoe is attacked and burned by samurai and follows the path of shinobi. The foreigner Yasuke is introduced as a samurai undergoing training, and it is later revealed that he participated in the attack. Naohe will be a more traditional stealthy stealthy assassin character due to her shinobi training.
