To get the snack for the Sage Frog, you must first open the map and quickly travel back to the Mushroom Kingdom. Once there, the player should head to the merchandise store, which can be recognized by the rotating mushroom on its side.

Within the store, talk to the shopkeeper and use the rare frog coin (which the player received from Croco at the beginning of the game) to purchase a Cricket Pie. This delicious pie — is exactly the food that the frog sage sent Mallow to get.
