Activision has unveiled a new COD Warzone map – Urzikstan

Activision and Raven Software have unveiled the next map for Call of Duty: Warzone. The new territory is called Urzikstan and is described as «a big new map where the Middle East meets Eastern Europe, with 11 memorable major landmarks and plenty of other smaller areas».

Activision’s new map will feature a new map with 11 memorable major landmarks and plenty of other smaller areas.

The map borders the Republic of Adal, home to the Warzone Al Mazrah map, and consists of 11 major landmarks, which are detailed on the official Call of Duty blog. Activision has also detailed some of the changes to movement and combat mechanics that will be coming to the new Warzone.

Players will be able to cancel a glide by jumping or crouching again. Operatives will start sliding faster, be able to slide farther and shoot Tac-Stance. Jumps are faster and higher, there is less deceleration when landing from a jump, and the lag of jumping back after a jump has been reduced.

All of these features have been improved.

Players can enable Tac-Stance for «a hybrid of shooting from the hip and aiming down», which increases shooting and movement speed (but accuracy suffers). You can also use the «Stim» tactical item to briefly increase movement speed to get out of difficult situations.

Tactical Item.

Other new quality-of-life improvements in Warzone include — a special gun for swimming and climbing, search-friendly contracts and automatic gas mask donning when equipped in Loadout.
