Motorola unveils Moto G77 and Moto G67 smartphones
Motorola is refreshing its mid-range lineup across the UK and global markets with two new additions — the Moto G77 and Moto G67. Both phones sport large displays, sizable batteries, and enhanced durability. The main differences lie in performance, camera capabilities, and price.
The Moto G77 positions itself as the more advanced and premium option, with Motorola emphasizing display quality and improved photography features.
It features a big 6.78-inch AMOLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. The display also reaches impressive brightness levels—up to 5000 nits at peak—ensuring great visibility even in bright sunlight.

The Moto G77’s main camera boasts a 108-megapixel sensor with support for 3x “lossless” zoom. It’s complemented by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies.
Under the hood, it runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chip, paired with either 8 or 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. A 5200mAh battery powers the device, supporting 30W fast charging. Dolby Atmos-enabled stereo speakers round out the multimedia experience.
The G77 also offers IP64 dust and water resistance, MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability, and Gorilla Glass 7i protection on the front panel.
Available in Pantone Shaded Spruce and Black Olive, the Moto G77 will retail in the UK for £250.
Meanwhile, the Moto G67 is a more budget-friendly alternative to the G77.
It retains several key features, including the 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 7i protection. The battery size, charging speed, and MIL-STD durability certification remain the same as the higher-end model. The main compromises are in processing power and camera setup.

Instead of the Dimensity 6400, the G67 runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, with 4 or 6GB of RAM. The main camera drops to a 50-megapixel Sony Lytia 600 sensor paired with the same 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera. Water resistance is slightly lowered to IP63, though battery capacity and charging specs remain unchanged.
These adjustments bring the price down to £200. The Moto G67 will be offered in Pantone Arctic Seal and Nile color options.
