Dyson has officially launched the Airwrap Origin device. This compact gadget is positioned as an all-in-one solution for fast drying, styling and hair modeling. Below — the main features, functions and price of the new product.
Airwrap Origin comes with three attachments, each designed for specific tasks. These include a 40mm cylindrical nozzle, a Fast Dryer nozzle and an Anti Snag Loop Brush. They allow you to dry hair, create curls, smooth and shape your hair.
The device is powered by a Dyson V9 digital motor that reaches speeds of up to 110,000rpm. This creates a Coanda effect that allows you to style your hair more precisely and effectively without the need for extreme heat.
To protect hair from thermal damage, Airwrap Origin measures airflow temperature more than 40 times per second and keeps it below 150°C. Users have access to three airflow speeds and three temperature settings, as well as a Cold Shot function for cold air locks. The Fast Dryer attachment provides quick drying, the 40mm cylinder is suitable for creating curls and using the cold mode and the Anti Snag Loop Brush helps to smooth hair and reduce tangles.
The launch of Airwrap Origin comes shortly after the launch of Dyson’s HP2 De-NOx and HP1 air purifiers with heating and cooling functions, as well as the Purifier Cool PC1, which provides air filtration with up to 99.95% efficiency.
