Samsung Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus: leaked camera specs

Earlier this month a leak revealed the camera specs of the flagship Galaxy S26 Ultra, and now a new report sheds light on the standard models — Galaxy S26 and S26 Plus.

According to SmartPrix, Samsung isn’t planning major changes this time around for versions without the Ultra prefix. Of the positive innovations — Samsung is rumored to add support for the Advanced Professional Video (APV) codec to the standard models as well. The feature was previously exclusive to the Ultra version and allowed 4K video capture at 60fps on both the main and front cameras.

The Galaxy S26 series is expected to be announced in February next year, and near the end of 2026, another — thinner model, thinner than the Galaxy S25 Edge,
