Bang & Olufsen has introduced the Beosound A1 compact portable speaker

Bang & Olufsen has unveiled the third generation of its Beosound A1 portable speaker system, featuring compact dimensions and a number of improvements. The new model features decent volume levels, long battery life, resistance to moisture and dust, and a simplified design for repair work.

Beosound A1 (3rd Gen) is equipped with an 82mm wide-band driver and a 15mm high-frequency tweeter. The manufacturer claims a maximum sound volume of 92 dB at a distance of one meter. To create a stereo effect, two speakers can be combined into a wireless pair. The device has a battery life of up to 24 hours.

Bluetooth 5.1 with Google Fast Pair support is used for wireless connection to audio source devices. Other features include three microphones for use as a headset, IP67 protection, and a modular architecture that makes it easy to repair and maintain the device, which is backed by a five-year warranty from the manufacturer.
