Rumor: new Metro part will be shown at gamescom 2023

Metro — a first-person shooter about the world after a nuclear war. The last installment in the series was released back in 2019, and now there are rumors that a new installment in the series could be unveiled as early as this year at gamescom 2023.

The speculation itself is based on the fact that the event’s roster will include game developers from studio 4A Games.

There’s no further information. But such speculation is still based on an earlier post by Tom Henderson. The new Metro installment will supposedly be a direct sequel to Exodus, and will be available to play in 2024 on next-gen consoles and PC.
