Realme is preparing to launch Neo 7 Pro smartphone with Dimensity 9400e chipset

Realme continues to aggressively expand its device lineup in China. As the company prepares to announce the Realme GT 7 with Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset, reliable sources are reporting the development of another smartphone in the Neo 7 series. This time we’re talking about a new model, which will probably be called Realme Neo 7 Pro.
The company has previously launched three Neo 7 series devices in China: the base Realme Neo 7 with the Dimensity 9300 Plus, the Dimensity 8400-based Neo 7 SE and the Neo 7x with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset. According to a fresh leak from well-known insider Digital Chat Station, Realme is working on the fourth device in the lineup, which will feature the new Dimensity 9400e processor.
Realme is working on the fourth device in the lineup, which will be powered by the new Dimensity 9400e processor.

The insider also mentioned that the Realme Neo 7 Pro is expected to be unveiled in May. He didn’t reveal any other specs, but indicated that it will be one of the first devices based on the Dimensity 9400e, a chipset that is a lightweight upgrade to the original Dimensity 9400 and offers customizable cores for optimized performance.
According to early benchmarks, the Dimensity 9400e shows impressive results: over 2.1 million points in AnTuTu and around 95 fps in the Aztec 1440p graphics benchmark. This suggests that the Neo 7 Pro will be aimed at those expecting top-end performance in the mid-price segment.
The new product will thus be a direct competitor to other Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 and Dimensity 9400e-based smartphones. In particular, the Realme Neo 7 Pro will be up against the OnePlus Ace 5V and iQOO Z10 Turbo Pro, as well as the recently greenlit Redmi Turbo 4 Pro.
Realme hasn’t made any official announcements regarding the Neo 7 Pro yet, but given the brand’s activity and upcoming competitor releases, an announcement isn’t far off.
