Haier unveiled the M80F series of smart TVs
By ForGeeks Haier Appliances India is expanding its TV lineup by introducing the M80F Series Mini LED 4K TV. The new series includes models with 55″, 65″, 75″ and 85″ diagonals and has a starting price of ₹67,990.
Display: Mini LED, Dolby Vision and high brightness
The new series has a virtually frameless design and a Mini LED matrix with a maximum brightness of 800 nits, which provides excellent visibility even in daylight. The display supports 10-bit light management for accurate color reproduction, as well as HDR10, Dolby Vision and Dolby Vision IQ technologies that automatically adapt the picture to the light level in the room. TÜV Low Blue Light certification reduces blue light to reduce eye strain, while MEMC technology eliminates blurring in dynamic scenes.
Sound: 2.1-channel system with KEF subwoofer
The M80F Series features a 2.1-channel speaker system with a KEF subwoofer that enhances bass frequencies and makes the sound deeper. Support for Dolby Atmos and dbx-tv provides realistic surround sound for an immersive experience.
Gaming: 120Hz, VRR and HDMI 2.1
This TV series is perfect for gamers thanks to its 120Hz refresh rate, HDMI 2.1 port and support for Auto Low Latency Mode (ALLM) and Variable Refresh Rate (VRR). These technologies ensure a smooth, lag-free gaming experience. Additional features such as Shadow Enhancement for improved visibility in dark scenes and Aiming Aid for easier aiming in shooters make the TV attractive to fans of fast-paced gaming.
Smart Features: Google TV and Wireless Control
The new lineup is powered by Google TV and supports popular streaming services. The proprietary HaiSmart app lets you control your smart home, and HaiCast technology enables wireless screen mirroring from Android smartphones and Windows PCs. The remote control is more convenient – it’s now solar-powered or USB-C charged, eliminating the need for batteries.
Price and affordability
Haier M80F Series Mini LED 4K TV will go on sale across India in April 2025 at retail stores and e-commerce platforms. Starting price is ₹67,990.
