Summer Game Fest will return in 2024

It has been announced that Summer Game Fest will return in 2024.

After «record year 2023» the event will return next June. It will again include a live showcase event. It will be followed by Play Days —a pre-event for media and influencers, hosted by iam8bit and held in Los Angeles.

This year’s Summer Game Fest opened with several new games announced during the two-hour showcase, including Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown and Sonic Superstars. The first gameplays of Alan Wake 2 and Mortal Kombat 1 were also shown, a release date for Spider-Man 2 was announced, and a new trailer and details of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth.
