Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth announced ahead of a 2024 release
By ForGeeks Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth has been announced. The sequel to Yakuza: Like a Dragon will be released in 2024. The game’s debut trailer, which premiered Sunday at Xbox Games Showcase, shows Ichiban Kasuga dumped on a beach in the United States.
The game tells the story of an unexpected chain of events that sees two legendary yakuza, Kasuga Ichiban and Kazuma Kiryu, embark on a massive role-playing adventure, according to Xbox. Apart from the teaser trailer, nothing else is known about the game.
More details will be shared during RGG Studio Summit Summer 2023, a presentation that Yakuza developer Ryu Ga Gotoku will hold in a few days. The presentation will take place on Thursday, June 15, and will reveal details about the studio’s upcoming game.

One of the games sure to be shown at the presentation is — the Yakuza Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name spin-off. The game received a new trailer during Thursday’s Summer Game Fest presentation and will be released on Nov. 9 for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One and PC.
