Xiaomi unveiled the G27Qi 2026 Edition gaming monitor with 200Hz refresh rate

Xiaomi has officially announced the global release of the new G27Qi 2026 Edition gaming monitor. The model replaces the 2025 Edition and features an upgraded matrix with a higher refresh rate — it is now 200Hz instead of the previous 180Hz for a smoother and more responsive gaming experience.

The monitor features a 27-inch Fast IPS panel with a resolution of 2560×1440 pixels (2K) and wide 178° viewing angles. Response time is 1ms (GTG), minimizing blurring and artifacts in dynamic scenes. AMD FreeSync Premium support helps synchronize frame rates between the graphics card and monitor, preventing image tearing and lag.

The display is HDR 400 certified and has a maximum brightness of 400 nits, which improves contrast and makes both dark and bright scenes more detailed. Color reproduction is also more accurate, with 95% DCI-P3 and 100% sRGB color space coverage, 10-bit color depth support, and ΔE accuracy of less than 2.

The monitor has received TÜV certification for its hardware-based blue light reduction &#8212 it reduces up to 50% of harmful radiation without distorting colors, reducing eye strain.

The design is cybersport-inspired with thin bezels on three sides to widen the field of view. There’s an easy-to-use joystick for control. Connectors include two DisplayPort 1.4, two HDMI 2.0, an audio jack, and a DC power connector.

The device has a 16:9 aspect ratio, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 48 watts of power, and -5° to +15° tilt capability. The weight of the monitor with stand — 4.15 kg. A VESA 75×75mm wall mount is available.

Price and launch date have not yet been announced, but the monitor has already appeared on Xiaomi’s global website, indicating an international launch is imminent.
