Vivo X300 Ultra: leaked battery specs and release date
Vivo X300 Ultra will be the final model of the X300 lineup and the direct successor to the X200 Ultra. While the company hasn’t revealed any official details about the Ultra version yet, several leaks have already surfaced online. The latest one reports on battery capacity and the anticipated launch window.
According to an insider, the vivo X300 Ultra is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2026, which coincides with the timing of the X200 Ultra unveiled in April this year.
The source also claims that the new flagship will get a 7,000 mAh battery. In comparison, the X200 Ultra was equipped with a 6,000 mAh battery and the recently released X300 Pro — 6,510 mAh.
The vivo X300 Ultra is also expected to offer a 200MP dual camera, a larger 50MP ultra-wide-angle module, and will be available in the global market.
