Infinix Note Edge budget smartphone unveiled
Ininix has unveiled a new budget smartphone with a modern and sleek design. The Infinix Note Edge stands out for its slim body despite its impressive battery, and offers a curved AMOLED display and balanced entry-level specs designed for everyday use and high battery life.
The new Infinix Note Edge has been slimmed down to just 7.2mm thick and weighs around 185 grams. On the front, it sports a large 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming and peak brightness up to 4500 nits. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7100 processor paired with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. A 6,500mAh battery with 45W fast wired charging and 10W reverse charging support is responsible for battery life. The main camera has a 50-megapixel sensor with f/1.8 aperture, while a 13MP front camera is available for selfies and video calls.
Other features of the smartphone include — an infrared port, an under-screen fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers with JBL tuning, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, IP65 dust and water protection, and Android 16 operating system with proprietary XOS 16 shell installed out of the box.
Infinix Note Edge will go on sale for a starting price of around $200. The smartphone will be available in several colors, including Lunar Titanium, Stellar Blue, Shadow Black, and Silk Green.
