Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra: leaked specs ahead of tomorrow’s release
By ForGeeks Ahead of its official presentation, which will take place on May 22, 2025, Xiaomi has revealed the key specs of its new flagship tablet, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra. The new product will be part of the big announcement, which is also expected to include the release of the Xiaomi 15S Pro smartphone.
Flagship chip and top specs
Xiaomi’s official Weibo page has published teasers confirming that the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra will be powered by the company’s internally developed XRING O1 processor. Earlier, this chip was already spotted in the Geekbench database. Thus, the tablet will be one of the first devices to demonstrate the capabilities of the new proprietary chipset.
Other confirmed specs include a large 14-inch OLED display with ultra-thin 3.95mm-thick bezels. For battery life, there’s an impressive 12,000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support.
Slim body and premium design
Despite the impressive battery capacity, the body of the device is only 5.1 mm thick and the tablet weighs 609 grams. The body is made using a reinforced metal construction, which increases its durability. A new magnesium alloy keyboard has also been confirmed and will be available as a bundle.
Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra will be available in at least two colors: black and light blue. The black version will come with a black keyboard, while the blue version will come with a white keyboard.
