Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra appeared on Geekbench

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra appeared on Geekbench

Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra once again passed the Geekbench test and showed slightly higher results — although it also used a newer version of the benchmark (v6.1 vs. 6.0) than last time, so the results may not be fully comparable. The main core of the chipset was running at 3.36 GHz, the four large cores — at 2.80 GHz, and the three small cores — at 2.02 GHz.

This particular Tab S9 Ultra was the middle version, if the leaked information is to be believed, in terms of memory — the first benchmark we saw showed 8GB of RAM, and this one — up to 12GB (which implies 256GB of storage). There should also be 8/128GB and 16/512GB models. This is also another variation — the SM-X910 instead of the SM-X916B we saw last time.

Although Samsung is trying to keep its flagship tablet a secret, multiple leaks have revealed its design and specs. The S9 Ultra will be the largest of the three new models with a 14.6-inch AMOLED display (2960×1848) and a small notch to accommodate a dual front camera. The Ultra model is expected to have a battery capacity of 11,200 mAh with 45W fast charging, which is the norm for Samsung.

The company will unveil the new Galaxy Tab S9 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event in Seoul in the last week of July, which will also feature a next-generation clamshell and a new smartwatch.
