Redmi Pad SE: specs, price and renders have been revealed

In October last year, Xiaomi launched the Redmi Pad as the first tablet in the Redmi lineup, which will soon be joined by the SE model. Xiaomi is yet to divulge any details about the Redmi Pad SE, but the latest leak leaves much to be desired: it reveals the specifications, price, and design of the tablet.
So far, Xiaomi hasn’t revealed any details about the Redmi Pad SE.
The leaked images show the Redmi Pad SE in three colors — gray, green and purple. The tablet is based on an 11-inch FullHD+ LCD display with a refresh rate of 90Hz, peak brightness of 400 nits and a pixel density of 207 ppi. The tablet has dual cameras — 5MP f/2.2 on the front and 8MP f/2.0 on the rear. The tablet supports FocusFrame, which automatically tracks objects during video calls and keeps them centered.

Redmi Pad SE will be powered by a Snapdragon 680 processor, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. It will run on Android 13 MIUI for Pad and will feature an 8,000mAh battery that will draw power through the USB-C port at up to 10W and provide up to 21 hours of continuous video playback and 12 hours of uninterrupted gaming.
The source claims that the Pad SE will come in a metal body and weigh 478 g. The tablet will be 7.36 mm thick and will feature a 3.5mm headphone jack. The tablet will have Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0, but will lack LTE support and a fingerprint scanner, which isn’t surprising since the base model didn’t have them either. However, the Pad SE will be compatible with the Redmi Stylus for Pad. The renders also confirm four speakers, Dolby Atmos support, and a microSD card slot for memory expansion.

The Redmi Pad SE will be priced at around €190, down from the Redmi Pad’s €279 price tag for the base model with 3GB RAM and 64GB storage.
