Honor introduced the Pad X9 with an 11.5-inch 120Hz display

Just yesterday Honor unveiled the Pad X8 Pro in China, and now the same tablet has appeared in Europe, albeit under a new name. So, meet the Pad X9.

This tablet has a sleek design and is designed for multimedia. It has a pretty big 11.5″ IPS LCD with 100% sRGB coverage. The display has a resolution of 2000×1200 and a refresh rate of 120Hz.

The X9 features six speakers — two each on the left, right and bottom sides. The bottom speakers are designed to bounce sound around the room to create 360° sound thanks to Honor Histen technology.

The X9 is equipped with 6 speakers —two on the left side and two on the right side.

The tablet is powered by Snapdragon 685 and runs MagicOS 7.1 (Android 13). It supports Google Kids Space, as well as the Family Link app, so parents can set limits on access to content and screen time. If you have multiple devices, Honor Connect will allow you to share notifications between them and make it easy to transfer files.

The tablet has a metal body that is 6.9 mm thick and weighs 495 grams. It has a 7,250mAh battery inside.

Honor Pad X9 has only one configuration so far — Wi-Fi, 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage at a price of €250.

In comparison, the old Honor Pad X8 tablet costs €180 for the 4/64GB version. The old tablet is smaller — 10.1″ 60Hz display, 1920×1200 — and has a smaller 5,100 mAh battery. In addition, it has only stereo speakers and uses the MediaTek MT8786 chipset.
