Acer unveiled the Iconia V12 and V11 budget tablets with 2K screen and 8000 mAh battery

Acer has announced two new tablets in the Iconia series, the V12 and V11 models. The devices get large displays with high refresh rates, capacious batteries, and the latest version of Android. Sales will start in summer 2025 at an affordable price.
Iconia V12 and V11: specs and differences
The two models feature 16:10 aspect ratio displays with a 90Hz refresh rate. The older Iconia V12 has a 12-inch LCD screen with 2K resolution, while the younger V11 has an 11-inch FHD+ display. Despite the difference in diagonal size and resolution, the rest of the devices’ specs are identical.

The tablets are powered by an eight-core MediaTek Helio G99 processor. RAM is up to 8GB and storage is up to 256GB. There’s also a microSD slot with support for cards up to 1TB.

Large battery and compact body
Both models feature an 8000mAh battery that provides up to 10 hours of battery life. The body is just 7.9mm thick. Also available:

Release date and price
Acer Iconia V12 will go on sale in July 2025 with prices starting from 289 euros. The V11 will be available in August, priced from €229.
