Personal Tags in Groups
Users can now assign themselves a tag in each group they are a member of. All current and future members of the group will see this tag, but it will not appear anywhere else. The label is unique for each group.
After the tag is set, it will remain even if the user reinstalls WhatsApp or resets the settings. WhatsApp offers options such as «Jordan’s parent», «Coach», «Chairman». However, the user can come up with any label they wish. The main thing is that it should help others quickly understand the person’s role in the group.
