The Vivo Y300 GT will go on sale on May 9

Vivo is gearing up to expand its Y300 lineup in China. It already features the Y300, Y300+, Y300i, Y300t and Y300 Pro+ models. They will now be joined by the new Vivo Y300 GT, which will be officially launched on May 9. Pre-orders are already open on Vivo’s official website and at major Chinese retailers.
The Y300 GT will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chipset. It features a 7,620mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The smartphone is available in two colors – black and “champagne gold.”

If insiders are to be believed, the Y300 GT is likely a renamed version of the recently unveiled iQOO Z10 Turbo. This means that the smartphone could get a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. It is also expected to feature up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage.
The front panel can house a 16-megapixel camera, while the rear panel can house a dual module with a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. A large battery and fast charging make the model especially attractive to users who value autonomy.
