Vivo X300 certified: 6000 mAh battery and flagship-like cameras

Vivo continues to reveal details about the X300 series. Previously, the company showed off the display design and talked about the cameras, and now it’s revealed that the standard version of the Vivo X300 has passed 3C certification in China — an important step before the official release.
Vivo X300 certified with 90W charging support
The smartphone with model number V2509A has been registered with 3C Base. The documents mention a chargerV9082L0A1-CN / V9082L0E1-CN that supports fast charging with a power of 90W.
The same device was previously spotted in the Geekbench database: it runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, has 16GB of RAM and is driven by Android 16 with OriginOS 6 shell.

Vivo X300 specs (rumored)
- 6.3-inch BOE Q10 Plus flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate;
- a battery with a capacity of more than 6000 mAh

- a 200MP Samsung HPB main module;

Vivo X300 Ultra will be released later
Besides the base and Pro versions, the lineup will include the Vivo X300 Ultra. The model will get a top-end processor Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5first half of 2026.
