Vivo X300 Pro with MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip flashed in Geekbench

MediaTek has unveiled its new flagship Dimensity 9500 chipset, which will appear in a number of smartphones from Chinese brands in the coming months. One of the first devices with this processor will be the vivo X300 Pro — and now its benchmark results have appeared in the Geekbench database.
The X300 Pro smartphone (V2514) scored 3,177 points in the single-core test and 9,701 points in the multi-core test. These scores are in line with the vivo X300’s previous results, and give it just a slight edge over the previous Dimensity 9400. However, it’s important to keep in mind that these are early tests on a device that hasn’t been released yet.

Geekbench has also confirmed a version with 16GB of RAM and Android 16 operating system. In a separate GPU test, the smartphone scored 22,566 points in the Vulkan benchmark.
Geekbench also confirmed the availability of a version with 16GB of storage and Android 16.
In addition, vivo’s official Weibo account revealed the color variants of the upcoming model: Wild Brown, Simple White, Free Blue and Pure Black. The X300 Pro will get a 6.78-inch flat display and a body thickness of 7.99mm.
