TCL is preparing to relaunch the Alcatel brand

The TCL company has unexpectedly announced the return of the Alcatel brand to the smartphone market. The Chinese manufacturer has all along retained the brand license from Nokia, and is now ready to revive it.
The new range of smartphones will be manufactured in India, supporting the «Make in India» program aimed at promoting local manufacturing. As part of the launch, TCL will also create a national network of service centers and introduce proprietary technologies, details of which have not yet been disclosed.
In terms of design, the devices will be inspired by «French aesthetics»and a key feature will be stylus support. Alcatel aims to offer premium features at affordable prices by striking a balance between design, functionality and usability.
