Samsung accidentally revealed the Galaxy S25 Edge prices on its website

We’re just weeks away from the official release, but Samsung has already inadvertently revealed the price of the new Galaxy S25 Edge. And it did it itself – via a promo page on its Canadian website. Now we know how much the 256GB and 512GB models will cost, and the price tag is right in line with the flagship device’s status.
According to information published on Samsung Canada’s website (and spotted by Sammobile journalists), the Galaxy S25 Edge was on the list of participating devices, with the smartphone offering 20 percent off the Galaxy Tab S10 FE tablet when purchased. In the table of participating models were also the prices for the S25 Edge – both for the version with 256 GB and 512 GB. And it’s all in the public domain.

Galaxy S25 Edge has been priced at 1678 and 1858 Canadian dollars
The publication was first noticed by Bluesky user Roland Quandt, who was researching the terms of the promotion on the French version of Samsung’s website. The prices were soon confirmed by other sources as well. According to the leak, a model with 256GB of storage will cost CAD 1,678 (about $1200), while the 512GB variant will cost CAD 1,858 (about $1400).
Interestingly, shortly before that, Korean prices for the same smartphone also appeared on the web – they turned out to be a bit lower: $1049 and $1140 respectively. It’s not yet known how much the Galaxy S25 Edge will cost in the U.S., but it’s clear that we’re talking about over $1,000.

Announced on May 13, sales start from the end of the month
The wait isn’t long: Samsung has already confirmed that it will hold a Galaxy S25 Edge unveiling on May 13. The smartphone will go on sale in South Korea on May 23, and in the US and Canada on May 30. The device has already been physically shown off at January’s Galaxy Unpacked event and at MWC, but specs and key features have yet to be revealed.

Based on the price point, we can expect the company to bet on premium design and advanced AI features to justify the cost of the new product. Now that prices are known, we’ll just have to wait for the full official announcement.
