Samsung has launched the 5G version of the Galaxy A07 smartphone

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy A07 4G smartphone back in August last year, and the 5G-enabled version has been featured in leaks and rumors for a long time. Now the Galaxy A07 5G has officially appeared on Samsung’s website, but only for the Myanmar market for now. Online purchase is not available yet, but the device is probably already on sale in retail stores in the country. We can also expect the device to launch in other countries as well.

The smartphone will be available in light purple and black colors. It features a 6.7-inch LCD display with 720 × 1600 pixel resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness up to 800 nits. The main camera has a resolution of 50 megapixels, with an additional 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera is — 8 megapixels. A 6,000mAh battery is responsible for battery life.

Galaxy A07 5G is offered in configurations with 4GB or 6GB of RAM and supports storage expansion via microSD card. One of the key benefits of the model is software support: Samsung promises six major Android updates and six years of security updates. The smartphone also has IP54 protection against dust and splashing water.

The dimensions of the device are 167.4 × 77.4 × 8.2 mm, weighing — 199 grams. That’s all the information officially published on Samsung’s website.

According to previous leaks, the Galaxy A07 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, comes equipped with 128GB of internal storage and will run Android 16 out of the box.
