Realme GT7 Pro with Snapdragon 8 Elite is officially unveiled
By ForGeeks Realme has unveiled its new GT7 Pro flagship smartphone, which features a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and the world’s first underwater shooting mode. The device features a bright and energy-efficient display, as well as a powerful battery.
Realme GT7 Pro is equipped with Samsung’s 6.78-inch Eco2 OLED Plus screen, which features low power consumption and a peak brightness of 6,000 nits, an industry record. The front panel houses a 16MP camera in the display cutout.
The main camera at the back has a 50 MP resolution and features a 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX906 sensor with f/1.8 aperture and optical stabilization. The telephoto camera is also 50MP, with a 1/1.95-inch Sony IMX882 sensor and OIS, while the ultra-wide module is an 8MP Sony IMX355.

The smartphone is IP68/69 certified, allowing it to be used for underwater photography. A special mode allows you to turn the GT7 Pro into an action camera underwater.

The Realme GT7 Pro runs on Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15, which includes AI photo enhancement features like Sketch to Image and Motion Deblur. For gaming, there’s Game Super Resolution and Gaming Super Frame.
The 6,500mAh battery is the largest for the Realme, supporting 120W SuperVOOC wired charging, which although inferior to the 240W GT3 and 150W GT5, remains a significant figure.
Realme GT7 Pro is available in Mars Orange and Galaxy Grey colors, and exclusively for China in White. The 12/256GB storage model is priced at 3,599 yuan (about $505/€465), with international prices to be announced later.
