OnePlus is preparing a new Turbo series with a 7,650 mAh battery and 165Hz screen

OnePlus is rumored to be preparing not only to unveil the OnePlus 15 and Ace 6 models this month, but also to launch an entirely new line of smartphones called Turbo. While the company has yet to officially confirm this information, Chinese insider Digital Chat Station has shared the first details about the devices’ specs.
According to the source, the three new OnePlus smartphones will differ in battery capacity: one will get a 7,300 mAh battery, another — 7,650 mAh, and the third — 7,800 mAh. The first model is expected to — be the OnePlus 15, the second — OnePlus Turbo, and the third — OnePlus Ace 6.


Despite the different battery capacities, all three smartphones will support 100W fast wired charging. In addition, the devices will feature 1.5K resolution displays with a refresh rate of 165Hz — a setting that has already been officially confirmed for the OnePlus 15.

When it comes to performance, the OnePlus 15 and Ace 6 will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, according to insiders. And the OnePlus Turbo model is likely to get a Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor — it’s the chip the company previously promised to be the first to market.
