For those looking for a more affordable flagship model, the company is preparing a series of Ace 5 smartphones. According to leaks, the Ace 5 will get last year’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, while the Pro version will be equipped with the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite. At the moment, the most affordable Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered smartphone is the Realme GT 7 Pro with a starting price of 3,599 yuan (~$505). However, the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro could be its competitor and will claim to be the cheapest smartphone with this processor, with a suggested price of around 3,300 yuan (~$465).

According to the latest leak, the OnePlus Ace 5 Pro could get the same screen as the Ace 5, as well as a rear camera with a 50MP Sony IMX906 main sensor and a 50MP Samsung JN1 telephoto lens.

The Ace 5 is expected to get a 6.78-inch 8T flat OLED screen with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate.
