OnePlus 12R: leaked renders

OnLeaks and MySmartPrice have published CAD renders and details about the OnePlus 11R receiver. The new model is due to be unveiled in January.
According to the leak, the 12R will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor coupled with 16GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The flagship OnePlus 12, of course, will almost certainly utilize the 8 Gen 3 chip.

Another improvement over the 11R (which is based on the 8+ Gen 1) is the addition of a 2x optical zoom lens and a 32MP sensor. This is in addition to the 50MP main camera and 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera (the 11R uses a 2MP macro camera as a third module).

The phone is also expected to feature a 10 percent larger 5,500mAh battery and 100W fast charging. The 12R is close to OnePlus’ current design with an off-center camera.
