China’s Xiaomi takes the third position with 42.8 million gadgets and 14% of the market, followed by OPPO in fourth place with 28.6 million devices and 9% respectively. Rounding out the top five is vivo with 27.2 million devices shipped and 9% of the market.
A total of 309.9 million smartphones were shipped to the global market in the third quarter of this year, up 5% from the same period last year.
