Nothing Phone (2) will get Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1
By ForGeeks Back in February, Nothing confirmed that Phone (2) would get a Snapdragon 8 chip. Qualcomm’s CEO said in a social media post that it would be the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, but the post was later edited to remove any mention of the chip.

Confirmation comes from company founder Carl Pei, where he also revealed his reasons for choosing Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 for Phone (2). Pei said the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 will deliver performance improvements, but “it’s not just about speed – it’s about the full package,” as “choosing the Snapdragon 8 series over the 7 series brings significant improvements on all fronts, including battery life, network connectivity and camera capabilities, among others.”
Besides the chipset, Nothing has not yet confirmed any other Phone (2) features or functions.
