Motorola released the Moto Razr 40 Ultra smartphone

The key feature of the Moto Razr 40 Ultra is its 3.6-inch external display. It is the largest external display of any foldable smartphone on the market. It’s a 10-bit AMOLED panel with a resolution of 1,066 x 1,056 pixels, a refresh rate of 144 Hz and Gorilla Glass Victus protection. On the external screen, you can not only view system notifications, but also watch videos on YouTube, respond to messages, etc.

The Moto Razr 40 Ultra features a 6.69-inch FHD+ LTPO AMOLED main display with 165Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support and 1400 nits peak brightness. There’s a 32 MP front camera on top of the display and a fingerprint scanner on the side.

The smartphone’s frame is made of 7000-grade aluminum, and the back cover is covered with Gorilla Glass Victus in Infinite Black and Glacier Blue and vegan leather in Viva Magenta. The device is 6.99 mm thick when unfolded and 15.1 mm thick when folded, and it weighs 188 grams.

As for the cameras, there’s a 12-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.5, 1.4 µm pixels) with OIS and a 13-megapixel super-wide module (f/2.2, 1.12 µm pixels) that also serves as a macro camera.

The smartphone will be powered by a 3,800mAh battery with 30W wired charging and wireless charging up to 5W.
