The Moto G56 5G has just appeared on the Geekbench platform, revealing key details about its chipset.
According to TheTechOutlook, the Geekbench listing indicates that the phone features an eight-core processor consisting of two high-performance cores clocked at 2.6GHz and six energy-efficient cores running at 2.0GHz. The GPU is labeled as IMG BXM-8-256, indicating that it could be a chipset from MediaTek.
More on that.

The CPU and GPU configuration is very similar to the Dimensity 7025, but the latter has a main core clocked at 2.2GHz. This opens up the possibility that the Moto G56 5G could use a different, possibly new processor.

The device was tested with 8GB of RAM and runs Android 15. It scored a single-core score of 1039 and a multi-core score of 2396 in the benchmark. Unfortunately, the Geekbench listing doesn’t provide any additional information.

Nevertheless, previous leaks indicate that the Moto G56 5G will be available in black, blue and dill (light green) colors. Preliminary pricing details have also emerged, with the version with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage expected to cost around €250 (roughly Rs. 23,675).

This is the phone’s first appearance on a benchmark or certification platform, so we may have to wait a few more months for the device’s official launch. Its predecessor debuted in September last year, and the G56 5G may follow a similar timeline.
The G56 5G will be launched in September.
Although Motorola hasn’t confirmed these details yet, given previous stories, we can expect leaks to pile up as the launch date approaches.
