Full specs of Motorola Signature leaked: 7 years of OS updates
Motorola is preparing to introduce the Motorola Signature flagship smartphone in several markets at once. A few days before the official announcement, well-known insider Evan Blass published full specifications of the device, thanks to which it is already possible to get a detailed idea of the future flagship of the brand.
According to the leak, the Motorola Signature will get a 6.8-inch Extreme AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution (2,780 × 1,264 pixels) and 446 ppi density. The screen supports refresh rate up to 165Hz, peak brightness up to 6200 nits, and Dolby Vision and HDR10+ technologies. There’s a fingerprint scanner beneath the display, and the screen is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The smartphone will be powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor. The device will come in configurations with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB, 512GB or 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. A 5200 mAh battery is responsible for battery life, with support for 90W TurboPower fast wired charging, 50W wireless charging, and reverse charging — 10W wireless and 5W cable. A nice feature will be the included battery charger.

Cameras will be one of the Motorola Signature’s strong points. The front features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-500 sensor. The main camera includes a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 module, complemented by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle autofocus camera and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 periscopic telephoto module with 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom. The smartphone supports video recording in 8K with Dolby Vision at 30 frames per second, as well as 4K Dolby Vision at 60 and 30 frames per second.

The device will ship with Android 16, which will likely be topped off with the company’s Hello UX shell.

The smartphone’s body is made with an aluminum frame, complies with the MIL-STD-810 military standard, and has IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance.
