The iQOO company has finally started officially hinting at the imminent release of the iQOO 15 Ultra smartphone. Recall that the brand confirmed the existence of this model back in October in China, during the iQOO 15 presentation. Now the first teaser has been published and the approximate date of the announcement has been revealed.
The poster explicitly states the name iQOO 15 Ultra, and the accompanying Chinese text says that the device will be unveiled before Chinese New Year, which in 2026 falls on February 17. Thus, the smartphone’s launch is likely to take place either before the end of this month or in the first half of February.

Recently, a new Vivo smartphone with model number V2545A was also spotted in the database of Chinese regulator SRRC. Although its commercial name was not disclosed, there are indications that it is the upcoming iQOO 15 Ultra, which further points to an imminent release.

The new product will reportedly inherit most of the features of the base iQOO 15. Among the expected features — a large 6.85-inch flat LTPO AMOLED display with 2K resolution, 144Hz refresh rate and an ultrasonic under-screen fingerprint scanner. Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 is expected as the processor. The battery capacity could be around 7,000 mAh, with support for 100W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
The back panel is rumored to feature a triple camera with 50MP sensors each. The smartphone is likely to run Android 16 with OriginOS 6 shell. A ruggedized body with IP68/69 certification for water and dust resistance is also expected.
