iQOO confirms the use of the Dimensity 9400 in the Neo 10 Pro
By ForGeeks The iQOO company is gradually revealing the specifications of its new Neo 10 series of smartphones, despite not having an exact launch date. Today, it was officially confirmed on the Weibo platform that the Neo 10 Pro will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset.
Main specs of the Dimensity 9400
- Processor: 1 + 3 + 4 CPU configuration.
- Cortex-X925 (3.63 GHz).
- Tri Cortex-X5 (up to 3.3 GHz).
- Four power-efficient Cortex-A720 (2.4GHz).
- Manufacturing process: TSMC’s 3nm process.
- Graphics processor: Immortalis G925 with a 41% performance boost over the previous version.
- Features for gamers: Accelerated raytracing (+40%) and improved power efficiency (+44%).
Additional Features
To enhance the gaming experience, the Neo 10 Pro will be equipped with an additional “Q2” chip, already familiar from the iQOO 13 line, which optimizes the device’s performance under heavy loads, such as gaming or multitasking.

The series is expected to include a standard Neo 10 model with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Both models will share the following common specs:
