We’ve already heard a lot about the new colors of the upcoming iPhone 15 series, including that Titan Gray will replace the gold variant paired with the iPhone 15 Pro. Now, Sonny Dixon has published photos of dummies that show off the actual colors that Apple has chosen.

What happened to the dark red color we saw in early 2023? It’s unclear. Perhaps Apple didn’t like the way it blended with the new metal frame — note that the titanium has a matte finish, unlike the shiny stainless steel of previous Pro models. Or maybe Apple’s designers dropped the red color for some other reason, we’ll never know.

But the non-Pro iPhones allowed for a bit of color fiddling — check out this bold yellow for the iPhone 14 and 14 Plus, for example. The base phones will be available in the following colors: blue, pink, white, green and black, or at least pale versions of those colors. As for the two Pro models, they’ll come in Space Black, Silver, Blue, and the aforementioned Titan Gray.

Apple will officially unveil the new iPhone 15 series on September 12. They’ll feature USB-C ports for the first time, as well as a number of other new additions to the company’s smartphone lineup.
