According to the source, the new processor’s performance has been significantly improved over the previous model, and it’s almost on par with rival Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.

The improvement in single-core performance is 30 percent, with the Dimensity 9400 scoring 2,869 points in benchmarks, while the Dimensity 9300 only scored 2,207 points. By comparison, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 scored 2,884 points in the same test.
