An enhanced Kingdom Come: Deliverance version for PS5 briefly appeared on PlayStation Store

A Reddit user known as drumjolter1 spotted a change in the Italian PlayStation Store’s Kingdom Come: Deliverance PS4 listing. An additional paragraph was added, highlighting an upgraded PS5 version of the game.

Soon after, the same update appeared in the UK PlayStation Store and seemed to be rolling out across other European stores as well.

The new description read: “The Kingdom Come: Deliverance version for PS5 now includes graphical enhancements such as 4K resolution, higher frame rates, high-resolution textures, and more. Medieval Bohemia has never looked this stunning.”

However, these changes were quickly reversed, and the added paragraph was removed from the store pages. This strongly suggests an official announcement is on the way, and the listing update was accidentally published ahead of schedule.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance originally launched in 2018 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC, with a Nintendo Switch port arriving in March 2024. It remains unclear whether this rumored PS5 upgrade will coincide with versions for Xbox Series X/S or the upcoming Switch 2.

On the base PS4, the game ran at 900p and 30fps, while the PS4 Pro offered 1080p at the same frame rate. A jump to 4K and higher frame rates on PS5 would mark a significant visual and performance boost-especially if both enhancements are available simultaneously instead of separated into quality or performance modes.
