Quidditch Champions: the new Harry Potter game is like EA Sports, only with Quidditch in it

The next Harry Potter game will look just like any other EA Sports game. A new Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions gameplay trailer has given a look at the game’s single-player and multiplayer modes, in which you’ll compete in the Quidditch World Cup.

First of all, the game features a career mode, similar to the single-player modes in EA Sports games, where you send your character to various arenas and then make your way to the Quidditch World Cup. It’s not known if this mode is as in-depth as, say, EA Sports College Football 25, but it does have a character creator where you can create your own player or choose from a series of characters like Ron Weasley, Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy.

In online multiplayer, you can play against other players in team matches.

Reminder that PlayStation previously announced that Quidditch Champions will become a free game for PlayStation Plus members as a monthly service game on launch day.
