October’s Xbox Game Pass additions: Ninja Gaiden 4, Keeper and more

Microsoft unveiled the list of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in October, and also named the projects leaving the service in the near future. The month’s top additions are Ninja Gaiden 4, a remaster of Ninja Gaiden 2 Black and a new game from DoubleFine — Keeper. Also coming to Game Pass are Baldur’s Gate and Baldur’s Gate II: Enhanced Editions, Eternal Strands, Pax Dei, and more. At the same time, Cocoon, Core Keeper, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed—will disappear from the catalog; all three games will be removed from the cloud, consoles, and PC. At the same time, Cocoon, Core Keeper, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed will disappear from the catalog. These are the first releases following the recent Xbox Game Pass subscription update, which introduced new pricing: Ultimate, Premium (formerly Standard) and Essential (formerly Core). PC Game Pass for PC users will be retained separately. Game Pass Ultimate now costs $29.99 in the US. Bonuses like Fortnite Crew and the Ubisoft+ Classics collection have been added to the subscription. Microsoft notes that Game Pass Ultimate subscribers will get access to more than 75 games on release day each year. Expected releases for late 2025 include — Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, High on Life 2, Keeper, Ninja Gaiden 4 and The Outer Worlds 2.
