The action is brought to life with the authentic realism and rich storytelling for which the critically acclaimed Mafia series is renowned.

And though much is still unknown, Sicily in the 1900s — the perfect era for a Mafia story. As the Cosa Nostra began to infiltrate everyday life in Sicily, the game definitely has a lot to be inspired by. You can even consider the problems faced by the Mafia during the Benito Mussolini era, when it was constantly being fought by the government.

The Mafia’s problems in Sicily are also the same as those faced by the Sicilian Mafia.
