Yandex Music has a new sound format – Lossless
By ForGeeks Every day there’s a new update from Yandex. This time the company has gotten to its music app and added a new audio format – Lossless. The new version of the app is already available for download in the Apple store.

Lossless is a lossless sound format. This means that some frequencies that may have been lost when recording MP3s will be preserved here.

How can you hear us? Excellent now: we’ve added Lossless. This audio format renders the original recording as faithfully as possible, allowing you to hear every instrument and nuance of voice in studio quality. To enable Lossless, click the gear on the Home screen and select “Superior” in the audio quality settings.
To listen to your favorite songs in Yandex Music in the new format, you need to select a specific track and then choose this format in the settings.
